Return Policy

Shipping:

● Flat Rate Shipping depends on weight and ranges from $5 to $7.25.
● FREE SHIPPING available on every order over $150 within the United States.
● Shipping for PRE-ORDERS varies based on vendor availability. Please take note of the Expected Ship Date on the product page before checking out.
● All orders ship from Aubrey Texas.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

● Send an email to info@lushmeadowsboutique.com - include your order number, item(s) to be returned, reason for return and any other details. Returns will not be processed without this information. If you are dropping off a return locally, be sure to include a note with that information.
● Returns may take up to two weeks to process.
● Review your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you received a defective item, contact our Customer Service team at info@lushmeadowsboutique.com within 5 days of receipt.

Items Eligible for Return:

● Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
● Items must have original tags attached
● Items must be stain free (deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, etc.)
● Items must be odor free (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
● Shoes must be returned inside their original shoe box (with no signs of wear)

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

● ITEMS DISCOUNTED 50% OR MORE ARE A FINAL SALE. No exceptions. Black Friday Doorbusters are considered FINAL SALE.
● Custom items
● Seasonal items
● Undergarments
● Bodysuits
● Items that have been exchanged
● Any other item deemed “non-returnable” by Lushmeadows Boutique
